arcade at mall in italy

here is an arcade here. the malls are still very much alive abroad i noticed. wish we could bring back some of this stuff in the usa.

retail employees are crap though here. they will overcharge you and refuse to honor promotions lol even when clearly listed both on their sign and website.
it’s like they don’t get it.

pharmacies are the strong point here. i forgot a medication at home. i was able to get it the minute i arrived in rome at a pharmacy in the airport for only 8
euros! in usa, you have to pay hundreds if you are paying out of pocket. i get why hospitals are more expensive and doctors have high pay, but meds need to be
cheaper. i see all these people now morbidly obese denied glp1s in usa simply because they don’t have diabetes. i guess they want to wait for them to get
diabetes before the insurance pays! giving them glp1s at least temporarily would stop so many health problems.

American Healthcare is worst in the world, in terms of results per dollar spent. My health insurance is 20k per year. I go to the same doctor's as people on
welfare. Its better to be poor in USA than striving middle class.
