X11 application progress

It's 2025, but I'm still developing a custom X11 application in C for my law firm. This is intended to replace our existing web-based portal system that is
showing its age and is far less secure. It turns out that X11 is the ideal platform for our use case because we intend to run compute and centralize all the
documents and workflow on one heavy duty server, and all the staff already have Macs with XQuartz built-in. I didn't plan that part out, it just happened when I
started gradually acquiring Mac Mini computers and Studio Displays for the employees a couple years ago. I might as well leverage that, and the new system will
also integrate nicely with my existing servers and workstation, all of which run RHEL 8 and 9. With on-premise hardware and all our own software or free/open
source software, our total spend on cloud services is zero dollars per month. And yes, I code in the greatest text editor of all time, Vim. The idea of one
person starting from a blank screen and creating a fully functional C application in Vim is still possible. This one is a baby step/demo, but it's a start.

I posted this in the Legal Tech Collective group on Facebook, and was told that it's over the heads of everyone in the group. Oh well.

Adam Smith would tell me my hourly rate as a lawyer is so high that I should focus on that, and hire an in-house software engineer. But I already have done
that :)

Our in-house engineer is brilliant and he will be leading this one. I'm in a supporting role plus making the big decisions.
