The Polite Gunfighter™

One time I was in North Carolina doing some specialty shooting sports training, and there was an exercise where we were shooting and moving around vehicles.  At
one point I said to my partner: "please cover me."  Everyone cracked up laughing-- you don't need to say please when asking someone to cover you during a gun
battle.  That night, we had trivia night at the local pub and as a result of that morning's experience, I coined the team name: The Polite Gunfighters.  This
was in 2018.  It stuck, and I've used the phrase ever since to describe myself and my style of practicing law.  So I went ahead and trademarked it, haha.  What
do you all think?  Is it too much to call myself this?  I don't think so, I just want feedback ;)

I received notification that my trademark was approved for publication and will be published in early February.  Assuming no one opposes it, I'll have it
granted within about 10 weeks.  It's interesting representing yourself at USPTO.  On my last application for a different trademark, I had to argue with the
examining attorney via email about the specimens I submitted.  I can see why most people hire a lawyer to represent them in this process.  Even being a lawyer,
it was not obvious what to do or say in this scenario.  I do have one existing client who asked me to help with his trademark office actions, which look way
more complicated than mine.  Thankfully, one of the lawyers in my firm has USPTO prosecution experience.

@2tierrealityTest The model is my good friend and collaborator, Eimanne. 
She is a natural shooter and went on the North Carolina trip.  It isn't intentional that her silhouette attracts any customers, it was just a great photo and
captures the program well.  But yeah, also works for men who appreciate the look.
