I got steamrolled by Oracle Corporation yet again

Now you know the real reason why I built this board-- so I can rant about my cases, haha.

I just had my fourth arbitration against Oracle Corporation in the last two years end in defeat. The client was an executive who was fired for issues related
to their expense reports, that we alleged were a pretext for discrimination based on race and age. The arbitrator and my opposing counsel are a pair of
jackasses, one of which is an ingratiating sleazeball and the other of which is well past his expiration date. I'm sick of losing these and I'm going to have
to vow not to take any more Oracle cases. The clients fight the good fight and we get crushed every time.

employment cases are tricky. don’t blame yourself. not many slam dunk cases. not always easy to prove pretext. sexual assault cases against celebrities or
institutions are usually slam dunk cases though and settle out of court.
