IAH sucks, especially for ten hours. Hotwire says he can get a cra for $24 at IAH. It's a half-hour from the airport to Montrose, which would give him probably
six hours in town, depending on immigration.

I'm bringing Chirimoyas and organic coffee as gifts, but not Ayahuasca. 10 hours of pub crawling sounds awful. In fact I very rarely drink anymore. If I drink,

This is the first lounge Ive been in tbh. 2 free alcoholic drinks, nicee quiet ambience. Not hungry so not gonna eat anything, but the buffet seems nice.

In the AMEX lounge they have free drinks, but it's packed and there's often nowhere to sit.  It doesn't feel like a premium experience, which is disappointing
considering the amount of fees I pay on the AMEX with four or five employee cards.

Weirdest lounge I've been in is one in Yunnan, where there were live chickens that would periodically be killed and eaten.  Also a huge patio for smoking, which
I haven't really seen in an airport before.

The Shanghai premier lounge actually has its own security gate, which I also haven't seen before elsehwereu. I'm excited to fly biz class trans Pacific in a
month - paying up the ass for tickets but will enjoy the upper deck bar on an A380.

@WilyTest Now that is balling.  One time I flew economy to Hong Kong (in the bitch
seat, no less) because my then-boss wouldn't pay for a business class ticket, and that was the most god-awful flight of my life.  13 hours of suffering.  I told
the client and the boss I am never flying trans-Pacific economy for any client ever again.  There's no easy solution due to business class ticket prices, so now
airfare is an element of whether a case settles...lol.
