Announcing Commercial Real Estate Underground
The short version is that my wife loves this concept and wants her own BBS
focused on commercial real estate. Thanks to my brilliant software engineering,
this is an easy copy/paste of my system for JD Underground and I've already
completed the new site. But should it be CREU or CRU? I prefer CRU, but it's
not my call. Have to decide before I publish the link. Discuss?

It has potential to attract some shady characters. I have known some crazy real
estate agents in my time. Namely, an ex friend of mine who also became an
escort, was arrested for cocaine, then came out of prison and went into real
estate. She was arrested again for fighting a train worker.
We used to hang out in the early 00s after being introduced by a mutual friend.
Haven’t talked to her in years though. She apparently had some weird drama
with an ex. I was downtown in Sephora one day and hid as I saw her with some
victim guy who was likely a John forcing him to carry all her bags walking out
with a huge shopping bag from Sephora.
My mother also worked with this crazy realtor lady who came with us to Italy
once and had this bipolar son that started throwing a temper tantrum.
My uncle’s ex wife also sells commercial real estate now in Beverly Hills.
Still some residential listings too. Realtors are the only people I think who
can be more problematic than lawyers.

I would also post her real estate pic, but don't want to go there. She was 6
years older than me and I am quite shocked at what happened after we stopped
hanging out. She has a very interesting appearance though.
