PSA: when registering, make sure you get the confirmation screen and the
registration count increases

In the logs, I've seen at least one attempt to register that did not go through,
and I have no way of contacting whoever that was.  Upon a successful
registration, you'll get a confirmation screen and the number in the top right
that says "42 users registered" will increase by one.  The three fields on the
registration screen are required in order to prevent bots from auto-registering,
and the "password" field needs to meet the criteria for this reason as well.  If
your registration does not go through and you don't follow up, there's nothing I
can do.  Thanks!
