yesterday, i doubted trump was going to be convicted, but i guess anything can
happen now including him being sentenced. i haven't paid much attention to the
charges as it does not affect me whether he is convicted or not. this is just
something for boomers to talk about over the summer. the conservatives will
believe trump to be some martyr and the liberals will think that this case was
some landmark case to vindicate their hatred for trump when hilariously trump's
beliefs are very close to their own.
my question as somebody who is by no means an expert in such matters is how is
it illegal to enter into an NDA over such behavior? it happens every day with
celebs and victims who come forward. my fear is that this case will stop people
from settling in since stormi violated the NDA. many victims of sexual assault
and other things want to avoid trial because sometimes the defendant's lawyer
tries to bring up their pasts to humiliate them. i just worry stormi and the
state of new york have destroyed things for victims in an effort to bring down
trump.
with that being said, i don't think this hurts trump with his supporters. he is
just a martyr now. if biden wants to win, he needs to focus on the economy. he
needs to reach out to the millions of americans (i guarantee you many
republicans amongst them) who also applied for student loan forgiveness and were
denied because of trump's judge and the conservative missouri ag who is total
maga.

ppp loans are also another reason to hate trump in since his supporters and
admin defend them. i know so many people who abused the ppp loan program and so
much fraud. just google ppp loan fraud and new cases come up daily. not to
mention, all the celebrities who took loans for their companies. they didn’t
need that money. some of them weren’t even affected by lockdowns. i know of
essential businesses who took the loans and business owners who used that money
to buy luxury items, build new additions to their homes, and go on vacation. i
also wouldn’t doubt if inflation now is largely due to that money. some
southern states were also barely closed more than a few weeks, not even a full
month. trump did destroy the economy and people are now blaming it on biden. i
don’t like biden at all, but it’s unfair to blame him imho.
either way, for anybody interested here is a letter i wrote alvin bragg a few
years back about another case that is not trump’s case. some people from JDU
tried comparing me to this girl saying we both had double t’s in our names and
were both italian. she is actually puerto rican and the name was spanish. not to
mention, my surname is an italicized albanian name. of course there are many
italian surnames with double t’s, but anyway these guys just wanted a chance
to make me seem crazy and compare me to some 22 year old who suspected a young
man stole her cellphone. bragg prosecuted the case. i like my letter to bragg. a
few typos and of course he never wrote back because he probably gets nonstop
hate mail regarding trump. still interesting.

p.s. i shouldn’t say some people. it was one guy who compared me to miya. a
guy who clearly doesn’t have a good radar and couldn’t see this girl is
hispanic not italian. in all fairness, she may have been partially greek. she
was also from los angeles and totally different from me.
