Andy from private IP /all The Hunter Biden trial Let me put this vote to the JDU community: is Hunter Biden going to be convicted? I think 100% yes, because his drug use is clearly within the question on Form 4473: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance? Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside." Case closed. #DrugFree #Politics Sat, 08 Jun 2024 14:12:01 -0700
zerosugar from private IP /all I think it may be possible. I have not followed this trial, but heard the judge was promoted by Trump. Sadly, this country is on a dangerous course both with Trump's conviction and the Hunter Biden trial. Watergate and the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal were precursors to the current political climate. There are always lasting consequences to using the judicial system or impeachment process against your opponent or your opponent's family. Obviously, Hunter has some major issues, but I don't see how Biden should be blamed for his actions. Biden suffered enough with his wife and daughter dying and then Beau. I don't like Biden as a politician at all, but people including MAGA should still be compassionate to this elderly man. All the same, even if Hunter is convicted, doubt it will affect Biden especially depending on when the conviction happens. Didn't they used to say that like a week is an eternity in politics?
