Bitchy couple unhappy about airline rebooking

Demhardt said he and his partner were seated on their flight home from
Queenstown on Monday evening when - moments after take-off - he heard a loud
bang and saw flames belching from the engine near his window.
He and his partner did not appreciate having to make an 18 hour trip following
an emergency landing on their original flight.
