I am sitting in a cafe beyond the international date line, under the equator,
listening to people order oat milk lattes.
My hotel room is not ready, I have a meeting on other side of town in 2 hours,
and I have to take a dump.

My apologies, I should have been more specific. I am at the coffee shop to meet
up with my Laotian mistress. We are going to eat fish paste and sour sausage and
