now i am a pill pusher

my mom is suffering from swollen legs & feet.  Daily exercise could help, but
i'm not allowed to massage her.
So I am sneaking her a pain pill at 4am every night, because she cries all
night, keeping me from getting any sleep.  My sister is a nazi bitch so i am
forced to do it.

Hope your mother gets better. Make sure she gets her blood and urine checked if
possible to be sure no protein in her urine and normal creatine levels and all.
Sometimes kidney issues can cause swelling. Make sure she keeps those legs
elevated to bring down some of that swelling. Be sure the pain killers cannot
hurt her kidneys. Tylenol alone is generally safest for kidneys. Tramadol in
smaller doses may be ok too.

she's getting worse.  sleeps all day in her wheelchair w/ the TV blasting
Jurassic World Dominion over & over.  she used to laugh and sing along w/ the
TV, but not anymore.  My sister is treating caregiver role as a McJob, barely
wipes her butt.  idiot.  she picks up a piece of hot shit fresh out of her butt,
walks it fifteen feet to the garbage can, walks back for another piece, repeats
this

She needs to throw feces in the toilet. That's gross to put it in the trash.
Does your sister lack upper body strength? Sometimes it can be hard to change
somebody with mobility issues person even if they are a smaller person because
its dead weight. If strength is an issue, then at least once a week, she should
have somebody (preferably another woman) come help her to lift your mother and
give her a good cleaning. If it's the smell that bothers her, she should get
some masks and gloves. This way she can clean with ease. If your mother no
longer uses the toilet, there are even portable bidets on amazon that can get
the job done. However, it would be easiest for your sister to get a toilet bidet
attachment, sit her on the toilet, and press the button to clean her. Not
cleaning feces well can lead to infections. Is your sister getting paid to be a
caregiver? In Illinois, there is a program for family member caregivers. It
doesn't pay a lot, but the money is enough to cover basic supplies. She should
look into if there is a caregiver program that can help with some of the
expenses. Also, if your sister doesn't want to do it, they can send somebody
else... or even if she just wants a break, they can maybe offer some respite
care. The thing is some sick and old people get used to one caregiver and then
they want nobody else even if the caregiver isn't the best.

running out of pain pills, she will soon run out of pills, the pharmacy will do
a re-fill only once every two weeks.  what are we gonna do?

the bitch needs to tell the doctor but she just puts it off.

two a day is a joke, she needs a lot more to get thru the night.  she just lays
in bed crying all night, i can't sleep.

How could i keep a job?  this has cost me two jobs to date.
