announcement, and part retribution for the various misdeeds that are described
on there. There is no real benefit to me professionally. Sometimes I do things
on principle, and this is one example.

girl, I looked her up again. her baby daddy's pic is also online. what odd
people. its possible her family had really high standards for her to succeed and
instead she ended up a loser, so she created this whole story impersonating a
doctor. iranians are overachievers it seems and generally really successful, so
when one is less than successful, they go crazy. its just wild she ended up in
prison. the daughter's father also doesn't seem like a good guy. at the same
time, I doubt she would have been imprisoned in any other state outside of
Texas.

for me to share my Hall of Shame with the public, because it's one way to visit
justice on these people. If you google them, my Hall of Shame pages are like
the top or second or third link. I didn't realize when I started this that the
Hall of Shame would be authoritative on the internet, but that's how it's turned
out. With the improvements I've recently made, it should be even
better-received. The best part is that I get to do this because I have my own
law firm, and we can crush anybody who objects to the exercise of my freedom of
speech. So I'm not afraid.

Anyway it was horrible to watch, the lawyer she has had an extremely difficult
time explaining her case, seemed unable to answer the judges questions

oral argument was online. Lol. The AUSA was excellent, but Mahsa's attorney
was cringe-worthy, as you said. Shows what the public defender panel has
available...what a joke. But at the same time, what arguments does Mahsa really
have? She was convicted by a jury and the fight now is over her mental
competence and sentence, not the underlying crimes. It continues to amaze me
that they keep letting her file stupid stuff. That reminds me, my 9th Circuit
appeal of the dismissal of my civil case is *still* pending after a year and a
half. Ridiculous! They keep cutting her breaks and not deciding the case,
apparently because they don't want to. This isn't justice. Case no. 23-35601
in the 9th Circuit.

tale about how things can escalate. I had a neighbor like her who had all these
legal problems and eventually was sent to prison, but he really was a law and
medical grad. Just crazy stuff.

hearing was over a mandatory 2 year sentence, which is a long long time. I felt
like judges were trying to develop the supreme court opinion on a case that was
easy to justify sentencing or to remove exactly the ambiguoty the drfender was
trying to argue. Is that possible? Why else would they take one hour with three
judges to do so?

really interesting, long-form posts. I have no idea what subjects might work,

on reactions, so if you've reacted 10 times in the last 500 log lines (about 30
minutes), it tells you you've reached your limit. Gotcha there.
