Espresso
We have figured out how to make Italian tasting espressos.
Was not simple, it took some tweaking of beans, water pressure, temp, grinding, etc
Espresso is creamy and suitable for afogatto

It’s actually pretty easy. They sell espresso which is already in powder form no need to crush beans at most stores
around the country. Mostly, they sell Lavazza. Sometimes you may find other brands such as Kimbo which is the brand from Napoli or Guglielmo. Illy is another.
Then, you just use one of those traditional little bialetti espresso pots to make it. There are also espresso machines which I have at home that can be faster.

Actually those bialetti pots are the best for me. Espresso machines are hit or miss. Most are sourced from same
manufacturer in china so no matter whst brand you buy on Amazon it is essentially the same thing
