Reply #16280859 I sort of initially thought he
was gay, but his profiles show otherwise. Possible he may become gay though.
I’m also shocked he is some 26 year old Gen Z. I was imaging somebody slightly
older. Seems like there also was no motive. Nothing suggests he was a claimant.
He basically just did it for ideological reasons. The entire story is weirder
than fiction. His surname means glutton and he was caught at Mcdonald’s.
I’m also not one for tinfoil conspiracies, but I can’t get over his nose
looking different. I guess black and white surveillance isn’t the best though.

Reply #12256285 Oh just found this. Copy and
pasted from his alleged manifesto which has been posted several times to X:
My mother told me that on a good day the nerve pain was like her legs were
immersed in ice water. On a bad day it felt like her legs were clamped in a
machine shop vice, screwed down to where the cranks stopped turning, then
crushed further until her ankle bones sprintered and cracked to accommodate the
tightening clamp. She had more bad days than good.
My mother crawled to the bathroom on her hands and knees. I slept in the living
room to create more distance from her cries in the night. I still woke up, and
still went back to sleep.
Back then I thought there was nothing I could do.
Writing a rule down makes it into a law. I don't give a fuck about the law. Law
means nothing. What does matter is following the guidance of our own logic and
what we learn from those before us to maximize our own well-being, which will
then maximize the well-being of our loved ones and community.
That's where UnitedHealthcare went wrong. They violated their contract with my
mother, with me, and tens of millions of other Americans. This threat to my own
health, my family's health, and the health of our country's people requires me
to respond with an act of war.

Reply #12462821 It's really sad this guy was
killed like that and so terrible for his family. As somebody who has experienced
many deaths, I would never rejoice in the death of another. However, so many old
people are on FB comment sections going crazy and that's proof we still have a
huge problem with classism in this country. Does anybody cry when sick people
die because they are denied coverage? Nobody cares when the poor die and I
wonder if the manhunt would have been this huge if an average Joe were killed.
Would people have been on alert at a Mcdonald's if he were an average Joe who
killed his wife or a kidnapper who took a child rather than a crazy who shot a
health insurance executive? Would the murder have been so high profile?
There are loopholes in this country and a class of uncovered people. People who
are not 65 yet and do not qualify for medicaid and do not get insurance through
an employer. Many of those ACA plans are too expensive and the cheaper ones are
not comprehensive. With as much money as we pay for healthcare, things have
gotten bad. We used to talk about the bureaucracy of overseas healthcare
systems. Now we are waiting months to see specialists, only to go in and have
some overpaid doctor typing away at a laptop rather than listening. They do
their charting during the appointment because sometimes they complain they are
not paid for charting. Now, becoming a doctor is hard work, but they are paid
crazy crazy money here. Sometimes, they will screw you and have the NP take your
appointment. When I go to the doctors abroad, they don't do that. I can also go
to a pharmacy and get any medicine for just a few euro.
Not trying to glorify this guy or anything and it's crazy that Gen Z are now
abandoning the Menendez to crush on him. I just do not get it, but I'm also
shocked at the amount of people (mostly boomers) acting like the CEO was some
schoolboy.
Sadly, nothing will change. He may have been more affective ranting online and
creating a TikTok or Youtube channel or having a Twitch show on the corruption
of the health insurance and health care system in general.
I think tragic deaths were those of Joshua Deshaney and Andrew 'AJ' Freund.

Reply #14394357 human life should obviously
always be valued and there is a chance for redemption for all people including
healthcare ceos. look at Matthew. he was a tax collector then followed Jesus.
Saul was saved too on the road to Damascus. don jr asking people on 4chan to
find the shooter before he was found was a joke though. don jr will never know
what average sick people go through.

Reply #11858523 this will only raise health
insurance costs, as companies will increase security for their management and
charge it via premiums.
i once reviewed an employment contract for a doctor, and this doctor got a bonus
for getting the patient to do various procedures or take various medicines or
injections. like you get 3% of all colonoscopies you got done in a year.
how is that a system not rife for corruption

He isn't my type, but maybe we would have had chemistry. lol. We have a
different chart though. He has some fire in his chart. I have none. My Venus
(planet of love) is in Gemini, his is in Aries. I also have mercury (planet of
communication) in Gemini and he is in Aries. His mars is in Taurus and mine is
in Aquarius. I saw him as a mars in Aquarius as mars in Aquarius sort of want to
help humanity and are charitable. It is like a sign of brotherly love. An
example of mars in Aquarius is Elon Musk.

is extremely capitalist with their Mercedes Benzes and BMWs, but they have
decided people shouldn't be denied treatment. All civilized, developed Western
countries have made healthcare a right. It's not a right in some third world
countries like Nigeria, Yemen, South Africa, Egypt, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and
Iran. I don't support a system like in England as their system is a disaster
too, but I support the right to an affordable public option and not having so
much power in the hands of these insurance companies. I also don't think the
shooter was a leftist or communist.

Reply #14704133 Honestly, we all pay for programs
you don’t use. Much of our property taxes in Illinois go to failing public
schools and we pay so much yearly. We have no mortgage as our home is paid off,
but it’s like we don’t even own the home.
Funny how Americans cry over policies that will help Americans, but the GOP and
Dems too never cry about their tax payer dollars going to all these wars in
places like the Ukraine. A civilized society should use money to provide
benefits to citizens. At least the cost would be worth it if we had a good
system, but it’s shit. We wait months for appointments and these modern
doctors don’t even want to give benzos anymore. Not even antibiotics. They
just type on their laptops.

many of the scotch irish protestants have this sort of serf slave mentality.
they want to bow down to their masters and give businesses more rights than
humans. businesses ultimately will not exist without consumers. when people
aren’t spending so much on healthcare, they will spend money on other stuff
and stimulate the economy.

Reply #12063194 None of the people talking about
“muh tax payer dollar” said crap about the PPP loan scam. My dad’s sister
took out like 5 $2 million dollar loans that she didn’t need. Her dealership
was never shut down by the governor. It was an essential business. Rich people
used that money to buy luxury items. Also know this crazy attorney. He has only
one office with like two employees. Took $500,000 for in the name of his office
and an extra 20k in a separate llc with his name which I am assuming he
pocketed. America is a joke at this point tbh, but thankfully I’m a dual
citizen. Maybe Mangione should have tried to get the same.

Reply #14933318 The story is very weird. Also,
the weirdest thing to me is that the gun was made with a 3d printer. Im not a
tech person though.
About PPP, my mom’s ex best friend is married to this crazy mechanic guy. He
has no employees who need paycheck protection. It’s just him and his brother
scamming people. They were never closed when the lockdown happened as they were
an essential business. He took out two $250,000 loans for his business. No way
he even had that much money in losses from the lockdown. He took a few trips to
Vegas. Did some remodeling on his home.
Then, I know this rich dude in Alabama. His mom was even in local politics. He
owns some franchises that were also essential and he took $1 million. How long
were they even locked down in Alabama? Like two weeks? lol. Some of those
southern states barely even had lockdowns. It’s ridiculous this guy takes $1
million in tax payer money, but then is posting on Facebook bitching about
socialism when it comes to other tax payer funded programs. What a joke.
Then my cousin, dad’s sister’s son who took out a total of $10 million
started to post all these rolex watches. These people all make me sick.
