Not worried about my tax bill
The IRS sent me the standard notice stating that they've accepted my
calculations except for a couple minor adjustments, and now I have 120 days to
pay. Not bad. It's a lot of money, but hey, it is what it is.

Franchise Tax Board, as they are less flexible and greedier than the IRS.
