What is the point of trying?

My old boss would gaslight me & lie to me. He would say everything i did could be automated or done w/ a push of a button.  Then the simp just had his
girlfriends do my job and was happy w/ everything they did.  Maybe if i were a woman they'd give me a promotion.

My sister gaslights me & lies to my face.  Never listens to what i say. Still doesn't clean mom's butt.  Nothing changes.  My mom is more hostile to me than
ever, she screams when i enter the room, or she hits me in the face.

 Hmmm bosses are hard, but stand up for yourself. Thats the only way they will respect you. Let people know you have a
life outside of work and are doing your best. I would be patient with your mom. Just know that her anger is not her and sometimes illness can make people
hostile.
