What is the point of trying?
My old boss would gaslight me & lie to me. He would say everything i did could
be automated or done w/ a push of a button. Then the simp just had his
girlfriends do my job and was happy w/ everything they did. Maybe if i were a
woman they'd give me a promotion.
My sister gaslights me & lies to my face. Never listens to what i say. Still
doesn't clean mom's butt. Nothing changes. My mom is more hostile to me than
ever, she screams when i enter the room, or she hits me in the face.

up for yourself. Thats the only way they will respect you. Let people know you
have a life outside of work and are doing your best. I would be patient with
your mom. Just know that her anger is not her and sometimes illness can make
people hostile.
