I hosted a CLE workshop last night that went reasonably well. My key takeaway is that lawyers are incompetent with technology.

To my surprise, nobody read the materials in advance, and the first 20 minutes were wasted trying to get everyone to log into my web server. What a freaking
joke. I did a test run of the event program with my assistants, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they are both geniuses and not reflective of
lawyers.
I learned a lot from presenting this CLE. On the plus side, it was the debut of the Trial Laboratory, and the venue was perfect for this. Everyone loved it.
