I realized there is nothing stopping me from running a training program for early-to-mid-career attorneys in my Trial Laboratory
This is going to be amazing. Hand-picked instructors and trainees focused on the art/science of Trial Advocacy. Seriously, I have outdone myself this time. I
couldn't have done this until now, because I didn't have the facility. So I'm not beating myself up too hard. Discuss?

Many attorneys are running coaching program side gigs, in addition to their practice. I have to believe they are
making money with it. Is that the goal?
Seems like this could be a solid enterprise. Whatever you think is a fair price, double it and see what happens.

I don't really care about the money, but I'm definitely going to charge for it. The goal is to use the facility I'm
paying for to accomplish something awesome. People work in it, but otherwise the courtroom portion only gets used for depositions and practice, and my
