Edward Clayton Taylor spent 33 years in prison knowing he was wrongfully
convicted in the 1986 rape of a Jacksonville child before being paroled in 2019
and officially exonerated three years later.
His freedom was short-lived as he found trouble again while out on the town
celebrating the three-year anniversary of being released. He previously told the
same judge who vacated his sentence and sex offender status that he felt
threatened by the man he shot two years ago and was standing his ground.
Friday, the 60-year-old will learned whether Judge London Kite would show any
leniency in sentencing him back to prison. He faced 25 years to life. She gave
him 40.

Reply #13193938 what a depressing story. the
criminal justice system here is crazy. after spending 33 years in prison, its
clear he was institutionalized.
i know a really psycho chick. she is actually about 2 or 3 years younger than
me. she wasn't my friend, but somebody I was acquainted with. when she was
small, she seemed like a nice little white girl who would always say "hello" to
me and was always polite.
long story short, I one day was at the park walking with my friend this dude
Austin, we saw this girl. she blew up and had a big tattoo on her face speaking
in a fake Puerto Rican accent. I couldn't believe it. now this girl always knew
me and my name, but I didn't really know her. she was still nice offering to
smoke weed with us. a few days after seeing her at the park, the alderman posted
a thank you to the police for apprehending her. apparently, she stabbed a woman
at the train station. to my shock, I looked up some stuff and she previously had
spent time in prison for car theft. anyway, she eventually got out of prison
again after the stabbing, but then went back to prison where she is still today
for stabbing her mother. i had no clue she was in prison for another stabbing
until recently. scares me when they will release her back into the community.
she had it out too for another friend and old classmate of mine this dude David.
I made the mistake of contacting her for the holidays. I thought to do a good
deed and send a Christmas card. Now this girl blows up my phone. I hope she
isn't a lesbian.
