We are working on a system that crushes DocuSign for law firm use
I came up with the idea for LawSign (working title) because DocuSign is a freaking joke to me at the prices they charge. I could literally program DocuSign
myself, which is why Jeremy and I are working on it. Jeremy is the law firm's in-house software engineer, and it's working out great for both of us so far.
The intention is to do a law-specific electronic signing system that has all the features lawyers would need, without being the general-purpose, mass-market
product that DocuSign is. This is going to be great, no joke. We also are intending to offer one-click document production and service of discovery responses,
since most law firms don't have the capability of hosting their own download links for large files. What do you think?

For crying out loud, whatever you do, do NOT roll your own cryptography.
