e filing is problematic

i think e filing should be an option, but not a requirement. it creates too many problems especially for people filing larger documents. it’s sometimes so
much easier to do stuff in person.

 @marlonTest e filing court cases. i
find that even paralegals struggle so of course lawyers who struggle with technology and any pro se party will struggle. cook county made e filing mandatory.

 I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.I watched Boomer patent lawyers print (or, more accurately, order
paralegals to print) pre-made USPTO forms only to mail them out like it was 1967. Infuriating.

 Lawyers who struggle with technology tend to be Shitboomers who need to be left on an ice floe anyway. Why keep those
dinosaurs on life support?

 I find it hilarious that patent lawyers are slow to adapt to technological change

 If there was ever an accusation of self dealing against this lawyer based on the patents, my defense for him would be
your honor this man's an idiot, he has no idea what the patents mean

 I sometimes wonder how some of the older patent attorneys are doing these days. Some have adapted and learned about
new technologies, but there will always be the people who will struggle to even understand some of the newer inventions. I took patent law in law school. I do
not have a hard science background though, so I could have never practiced in this field. My professor was a terrible person who I also took an Entertainment
Law class with where we basically just learned about copyright laws.
