They were arrested and charged with aiding and abetting a person less than 21 years of age in the possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages. The
Public Safety Department said their arrests were "based on a previous incident discovered during this investigation that occurred at the same residence."
A warrant for arrest for Rathbone said the date of offense was June 10, 2023. The warrant alleged he purchased a keg and hosted an underage house party. He and
Whitehead are alleged to have held a girl up to do a keg stand to consume the alcohol.

Thing is, this type of party doesn't happen without a whole slew of adults k owing about it, including parents and other teachers, probably the sheriff as
well.

North Carolina is a very top-tier state. I've recently spent nine months based in the remote northwestern corner of
the state, and then six months in Asheville. Wilmington is another excellent spot.
