They were arrested and charged with aiding and abetting a person less than 21
years of age in the possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages. The
Public Safety Department said their arrests were "based on a previous incident
discovered during this investigation that occurred at the same residence."
A warrant for arrest for Rathbone said the date of offense was June 10, 2023.
The warrant alleged he purchased a keg and hosted an underage house party. He
and Whitehead are alleged to have held a girl up to do a keg stand to consume
the alcohol.

Thing is, this type of party doesn't happen without a whole slew of adults k
owing about it, including parents and other teachers, probably the sheriff as
well.

state. I've recently spent nine months based in the remote northwestern corner
of the state, and then six months in Asheville. Wilmington is another excellent
spot.
