I think it turned out ok, although very rich

I haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in forever simply because of all the guilt after eating there. every slice of
cheesecake there is like over 1,000 calories. I used to like the fish or shrimp tacos, but don't think I tried their pasta. their brown bread was good too, but
so sweet, I'm also sure so many calories. I think even their skinny menu wasn't so skinny. lol. definitely a place to go if thats all you plan on eating all day
because you will get in all your calories and more.

I also used to get these lettuce wraps. These are 850 calories. Not too bad if you share them, get a Diet Coke, but

all the fun flavors are over 1500 calories. just one slice. these cheesecakes will kill somebody lol. there will always be the person that takes a whole one
home and eats it all too.

A dinner at cheesecake factory will get you about 2500-3000 calories with bread drink and appetizer, probably 3500
with dessert. Which is nuts considering that is more than a lot of people in poor countries eat during an entire day. Probably double. And also almost double
the RDA for calories.
The thing is good quality fats are expensive such as oils cream and cheese yet cheesecake factory being an American corporation uses the cheapest ingredients to
increase their unit sales profit. So I figured making their stuff at home is better if not from a calorie standpoint than from a healthy food standard.
The pasta sauce required probably 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 cup of cream and a shitlpad of parmasan.
