There are bad teachers in both, although public has a higher concentration of overpaid bad teachers. I appreciate public libraries and respect many of the workers at the post office, but public elementary schools seem like a thing of the past. They have become like prisons for children. Vouchers should be offered to lower income parents to choose a private school of their choice. It would be cheaper. Our property taxes are sooo high because of CPS.Replies require login.
