my laid back mannerisms have ruined my life
my use of ambiguous terms & avoidance of pretense.
when i say, i rode my bike here, they think something different.
They think i rode a bicycle, so now i'm a bum.
what bothers me is the lack of imagination of people, for example, once i used the word sterile to describe what i thought of a workplace, & the redneck replies
with "that means clean." uh, no not quite.
no wonder i stay at home now.

It's very difficult to find like minded people
Almost impossible to do so in the workplace
Midwest is also a particular place. West coast people are a bit more laid back. You would get huge respect for riding your motorcycle to work in the bay area or
melbourne australia for example. In the Midwest they would assume you are poor or a weirdo.
People are like plants, they thrive in different environments

🤣 Really rubs me the wrong way when cyclists, which means people riding bicycles, are called bikers. No.
Bikers are the full-patch members who ride 1000 km straight while hopped up on crank.
