Hey zerosugar, let's talk artichoke
I made my first artichoke ever today. Never cooked it in my life. Was always perplexed about it.
I baked it, just with lemon juice oil salt and garlic. Baked for like 1.5 hours at 400.
It was very interesting. In A video I saw the lady said artichoke is like eating crab. Which was a good comparison.
I may boil it then grill it the next time. Or make a garlic dip for it.
Thoughts?

sounds good. artichokes and asparagus taste good, but both can cause urine to have a strange smell. lol. asparagus
more so.
my mom loved to make artichoke pie and once for a film class she took, she filmed me cooking it.
basically we would sautee artichokes with olive oil and bread crumbs then put that in like 4 or 5 eggs with mozarella cheese and bake it in the pie crust in the
oven.
i like stuffed artichokes at restuarants too. never really made stuffed artichokes at home though.

her film school teacher got hip hope vibes from me in the video and said i should do a hip hop cooking show and that
bothered me! i just had on this blue leather vintage skirt and wasn't trying to be hood or anything. my aesthetic was sort of video girl at the time.
