It's a nice approach to aviation explanation, where it is technical enough to keep me interested even though I don't t really get everything.

The human factors, CRM, decisionmaking and safety culture stuff are highly salient.  A good friend of mine uses Mentour Pilot teachings in a wholly different
non-aviation context.

There are a few mentour vids where things do not end in disaster. The one about a UA B772 KSFO-PHNL where three really senior pilots saved the day with their
1337 skillz is downright amazing.
