feels like a broken bone. swollen. kept me up all night, got no sleep. just yesterday i was on the bench press, did my normal routine of three sets, no way i
can do it now. back in 1992, i suffered a deep cut on this hand.

now my other hand hurts. my right hand. last year i wacked my knuckles with a tire iron, must have been a fracture. weird how it hurts again after several
months of feeling ok.
