They knew they would have to hire me based on FBI policy that requires merit to be the sole consideration, so they sank me by fabricating negative information
in order to move on to the next applicant who they "liked" more.  Imagine all the great things I could have done for the U.S. government-- this was a loss for
both me and the government, which is the saddest part.  Maybe I'm right where I'm supposed to be now, but that doesn't change the fact that this was the most
shocking body blow in my life, which I will never forgive nor forget.
