Indian bros with grotesquely portruding bellies [WGIC obligatory]

I have seen this multiple times, wherein an otherwise slim Indian man in arm girth and face size will have a grotesquely protruding belly out of proportion to
their overall size

This contrasts with garden variety fat westerners or Asians who are fat all around.

So a fat Russian dude will have a big head and big arms to match his belly, looking proportional in an obese way.

It is only in real Indians that I have seen this so I am not sure if it relates to a dietary aspect or a socioeconomic dietary portion.

Honestly, I think weight distribution has more to do with bone structure rather than diet or ethnicity. Small boned people mostly only gain in their stomachs
and it shows more than weight would show on somebody with medium or larger bone density who have more even distribution of weight. This guy in the pic looks
skinny naturally and like he may have smaller bones in general. I have also seen smaller boned westerners who only get guts when they gain and their arms and
legs stay skinny.

For most of us who have more medium bones, the stomach comes much later and weight gain starts to show more in the arms and back because legs are used more and
its easier for arms to become flabbier if you are not actively working them out on a daily basis. This guy has skinny arms and will never have fat arms or legs.

I knew a western guy who was tall, but for some reason small boned and only gained in his stomach. Anyway, weight distribution is weird. You have to measure
your wrist and see if its smaller or larger than average and that can give you an indication as to how you gain.

I noticed some people also don't get fat faces even if they are really fat. On the other hand, there can be people who are normal weight and always look fat
because they have fat faces.

Diet may play a role early in life though. I definitely think dairy consumption can play a role. North Koreans and South Koreans are one people, but South
Koreans have more access to foods which has made them bigger on average than North Koreans. Height in the Netherlands increased with dairy consumption. They
went from being the shortest population in Europe to the tallest. Height can sometimes be a predictor of bone density, but not always. Not every tall person is
burly. There are many small boned tall people too. Bashar al Assad was a great example of this. Those pics released of him in the winter. He was slim! Likewise,
there can be shorter people who are more robust.

I really do not know enough about the South Asian diet as I have never been to India and it seems like it can vary greatly from region to region. I think their
sizes tend to be on average pretty similar to westerners though.

Russian guys just tend to be bigger boned and on the burly side. There are exceptions of course. Russians are also so into bodybuilding. A little too much.
Lukashenko’s look and body type reminds me of the typical Slavic guy.

It's interesting because these folks may be vegetarian which you would not associate with a big belly

Indian vegetarian food may be very creamy or oily and rich so this may be a diet thing
