Here is one of three of my contact sheets from today's Downtown L.A. photo tour for the Newsom v. Trump case-- I wanted to see for myself what is going on and how the Federal forces are being used, in particular. The photos clearly show that the President is only using the Marines and National Guardsmen to protect Federal property. There was no other presence anywhere. By the way, also no LAPD officers anywhere within at least a mile radius of ground zero. Downtown normal other than the boarded up businesses and graffiti everywhere.
