Fun fact YouTube does not allow floating windows for users outside of USA
Its a premium feature in the rest of the world
Floating windows is where you can have a youtube video playing whilst working in another app

Yea it's bizarre
I thought I was doing something wrong till I ran across a video of an Indian guy explaining how to go around it
You basically view youtube through another video player and then do floating wi dows with that app
