It is a visual trial presentation interface that includes a jury selector. You can send notes to your client and colleagues, and get notes back, in real-time. It also tracks challenges by each side, and for cause challenges, with a permanent log of your choices and where folks were sitting, etc. I tried using this instead of my usual Post-It note method in my last jury trial, and it was helpful because it eliminated all the whispering and distractions among clients and counsel, while making our side look extremely professional. I have to believe it also has the psychological effect of making the lead attorney feel more "in control" during jury selection since the juror and challenge information is well organized, from a visual standpoint.
