I made cookies from scratch for everyone today.

My wife and mother in law were shocked.  The cookies turned out perfectly on the first try, no joke.

Now that I think about it, this is freaking hilarious.  How many guys like me know how to make chocolate chip cookies from scratch and have a Kitchen-Aid mixer?
 Not very many, I guess.  I learned from my Mom, who is the greatest ever at making cookies.

I've changed a boatload of diapers ever since we became pregnant with baby no. 2 (I'm allowed to announce now that it's been three months), plus I've taken our
daughter to/from preschool essentially every day for the last three months.  I feel like I'm pulling my weight more now than I was before when we had the nanny
and I didn't have to do jack shit.
