The Court of Appeal is going in my Hall of Shame

The intermediate court of appeal in California is the most toxic, indifferent, megalomaniacal appellate court in the land. They misrepresent the facts, misapply
the law, and use every trick in the book to affirm all trial court decisions, providing no meaningful recourse when prejudicial errors are made in trial courts.
 The sole reason for this is that the California Supreme Court only reviews a tiny fraction of cases; if they reviewed more cases, there would be less abuses in
the intermediate court.  I no longer advise clients to appeal, because doing so is simply futile.  The latest case I had in the Court of Appeal shocks the
conscience and was the last straw for me.  That's why I'm going to post an article about the Court of Appeal.  They piss me off because they care about nothing
except getting rid of cases, least of all what is fair and reasonable.
