My grandpa had dementia and when my grandma came home from hospital after stomach cancer surgery he attacked her because he did not recognize her

There was a fascination true crime murder mystery thing where they found a whole family executed. Grandma grandpa mom/daughter and youmg kid. and they thought
it was the boyfriend. Until they started finding people to kill lists all over the house it turned out it was grandpa who had a stroke and went crazy and
violent. Apparently this happens a lot. I mean violent and angry after atroke.
