litter & roadkill

went jogging today, spent ten minutes retching & dry-heaves, it was hell to keep running.  jars of sauce were dumped by side of road, been there for month under
hot sun.  nobody bothers to clean it up.  there are houses right there.

back in June, a big critter maybe a beaver, just sat there for weeks.  the stench was insane, every time i rode by, i was retching & dry-heaves.  bunch of
houses right there, too.

are people just terrible?
