Cogent maintenance outage

Letting everyone know that the erratic availability of the site tonight is due to my ISP, Cogent, which is doing maintenance on its network but also has had an
unexpected outage in the Bay Area.  They are a great company and I won't judge them on this alone.  I have the world's best corporate internet, and it saves me
a lot of money by not having to have a data center lease.

They said the issue is high temperatures in the equipment room, unclear if this is on-site at my office building or at the area wiring office.  Hopefully it's
at the wiring office, which means they have 24/7 access and can fix it anytime.  Seems fine now, although the circuit was "flapping" earlier meaning it was
repeatedly going down and coming up in a short period.  That sucks for me, but it's an easier fix to reduce the temperature in the equipment room than some
other things it could have been.
