PSYCHICS TOLD KIM KARDASHIAN SHE WOULD PASS THE BAR EXAM. SHE DIDN’T
“They’re all full pathological liars — don’t believe anything they say,” she shared on social media
After Kim Kardashian revealed last week that she failed the California bar exam, the reality star criticized the psychics who predicted she would pass.
In a TikTok recap of her mom Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party, Kardashian is seen going on a rant about the psychics who mistakingly claimed she would do
well on the exam. “All of the fucking psychics that we have met with, and that we’re obsessed with, are all fucking full of shit,” she says in the clip,
speaking to someone on her phone while she gets her hair and makeup done.
She continues, “They all collectively, maybe four of them, have told me I was gonna pass the bar, so they’re all full pathological liars — don’t believe
anything they say.”
Kardashian took the California bar exam in July, but only got her results last week. “Well…I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on
TV,” Kardashian, who stars as a high-powered divorce attorney on Ryan Murphy’s All’s Fair, shared in Instagram. “Six years into this law journey, and
I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination.”
Over the past few years, Kardashian has been open about her desire to pursue a career in law, having previously passed California’s “baby bar” exam and
graduating from law school in May after six years of legal training. Her journey has also been chronicled on The Kardashians, with the most recent season
featuring Kardashian studying for the exam in between takes while filming All’s Fair.
While pursuing her eventual goal of becoming a practicing attorney, Kardashian has also become an advocate for criminal justice reform. She successfully lobbied
President Donald Trump during his first term, and met with him and several women whose prison sentences he commuted. In April 2024, she returned to the White
House for a roundtable discussion with then-Vice President Kamala Harris and recently pardoned former inmates to discuss criminal justice reform.

I do not have a problem with people like her becoming attorneys. She has so much money that she can actually help rather than worry about money. At the same
time, she is making a joke of this profession. That she thinks she can run an underwear company, film a reality show, watch after her 4 kids with Kanye West,
and go on photoshoots while still passing the bar is a joke and shows me she still doesn't realize the seriousness of studying for such an exam. Even going to
the supermarket is a luxury when you are studying for the bar. Many people who were highly accomplished law students have failed the California bar exam at
least once.
This man Maxcy Filer (RIP) started taking the bar in 1967 and did not pass until 1991. He failed 47 times.

He passed away 20 years later.

Even if she passed what would be the difference? Its not like she would start her own law firm.

@whiteguyinchinaTest lol i’ve thought of that too. like what’s the
point? also if she is passionate about criminal reform, there are other ways she can make a difference. for example, starting a legal fund. she can also go into
documentary film making and continue to lobby.

I also would not be shocked if she never passes. If she does manage to pass before the tenth try, I would actually be suspicious.
I’m not saying this to hate, but the pass rate for apprentices (those who didn’t go to law school and just did an apprenticeship) is extremely low!

The skills that make one successful in business have almost no translation to successful preparation and passage of the bar exam.
Business is all about seeing the big picture and delegating.
To pass the bar, its just you, a quiet room, amd study guides. You basically have to become an obsessive law nerd for 2-3 months, and clear your mind of all
other things going on in your life. The intense focus is the challenging part, as much as the substantive law aspect.

Maybe she values the attorney client privileges. She could leverage those to make huge huge money with her celebrity friends. Or pop up as of counsel on some
high profile cases. That would be worth the marketing. Just a thought.
