I programmed a workload gauge and heatmap on my law firm website from our actual time and case data

This is great. The gauge is computed from our actual billable hours for active attorneys divided by their target hours for this stage of the year. We're 90%
through the year and ahead on billables by an average of 5%, so our workload is essentially 105% of a maximum 110%. It looks cool, also.

Click on the heatmap and you'll see our month-by-month distribution of new cases over the last 10 years of the law firm. I like these types of visualizations
and they are fun to do, as well.

I'm not sure, lol. What do people think? They say if you don't want to get overbilled, hire a busy attorney, right? But if people see that I'm at 130% of my
billable target, would that mean I'm too busy for them? This is why I should have a variable rate tied to how busy I am.
