Like all other social media, X has become useless to me

I was loving it a few months ago, and I'm not sure what happened.  The public timeline is currently chock-full of bots, women promoting their OnlyFans accounts,
and political posts.  Very few people even see my tweets.  What is the point of even being on there?  Nobody I know is on there, either, which says a lot. 
Should I nuke my X account?

I would keep it, but just don’t post or only post very rarely. You are 100 percent right about their algorithm.  It is filled with bots and porn accounts.
Plus they have very creepy ads.

I canceled my X subscription.  What a freaking waste to spend $325 per year on a place to microblog when no one even sees my posts.  I will probably leave my
account online for now, since I'm paid through May 2026.  But after that, I don't know.  It's not useful anymore.
