Why didn't the officers run out of the station with rifles within a minute of the first shots? They could have saved many lives and prevented many wounds by simply jogging 100 meters from their station to the corner in order to get a clear shot at the guys who were shooting from the indicated pedestrian bridge. Folks were filming this on their phone cameras for more than 10 minutes. This is a total failure by the Sydney Police.
