My superpower is seeing into people's hearts

What should I do with this?  Assessments of candidates for important jobs makes a lot of sense.  It would save a company millions of dollars and a lot of
trouble to just not hire a psychopath.  So they should be willing to pay for assessments as a service.

Maybe you can create a sort of system(possibly get a patent) that companies can use for applicants, a series of questions or games or exercises that will
determine the type of person an applicant may be. Also, possibly a podcast. I would never do a podcast (not even a recorded one) as I feel pretty shy on cam
compared to writing, but I would be interested in hearing others.

That is already a service. I believe the people on my favorite YouTube channel the behavioral panel do this for large corporations. These are former police and
military interrogators. A lawyer especially a trial lawyer would be also a good pedigree.

With a psychopath i have gleaned that you have to challenge their ego. There is also a multipoint clinical psychopath test. I believe one trait is narcissism.
So finding out where someone's ego is centered and then dismissing it or challenging it is one way to get to a psychopath.

someone is more likely than others to have an affair, but not whether they are currently having one.
