It isn't big like Mardi Gras in nearly Nawlins, but the tourist rubes are out in force.
I'm out on my beautiful patio, rolling hard on some molly I found and refusing passersby use of my toilets.

Because they are drunk tourists stumbling around my neighborhood.
Passersby, not passerbys. The latter makes you sound like a peasant.
