In fact, this is the first time in 20 years I've written this type of email. Basically, this guy won $5k in discovery sanctions in a case and I ended up dismissing the case. He has harassed me for 18 months about this measly judgment that he has, and he also harassed my former colleague Susanna regarding the same thing. I couldn't take it anymore, which is why I wrote the polemic. I've had a chance to cool off and...I think it's my greatest ever takedown of any attorney, plus one of the best emails I've ever written.
