Do not trust Apple

I am posting here as I feel this is informative. Do not trust apple repairs. You are better going through your cellphone carrier. Apple makes it seem as if they
are the only legitimate place for repairs. 10-15 years ago, there were good workers at Apple. Today, its mostly retail worker types trained. They focus on
selling you a new phone rather than fixing your phone. I am not opposed to buying a new phone, but want to wait until the 18 comes out. Plus, my current phone
is sentimental to me, so I just wanted it fix. After 4 days at Apple going back and forth and countless revolving excuses, my phone was not fixed. Even after a
senior advisor put in exceptions for my phone to be fixed for free. To top it off, these jerks gave me back my phone with the screen not fully attached and they
refused to put it back to force me to get a new phone!!! I ended up going to a private repair shop via the carrier. They had apple batteries in stock. They
changed my battery, put back on the screen and now my phone is working perfectly! As good as new. Apple have been sued numerous times for repair issues and
consumer fraud.

If you are out of warranty, I especially would not trust apple. They overcharge for repairs. I am not even sure insurance with them is worth it.

The private repair shop fixed my phone in 30 minutes. Apple are making people take off work and waste hours to ultimately not get their phones repaired.

I always get cell phone repairs done in Asia, those people actually understand how a phone works. The people at the cel phone shop or any electronics shop have
no clue about anything.
