The latest one is the last straw, in which they shredded part of the edge of a photo print before putting it on poster board, and then didn't say anything. Poor quality control! Same with the camera store-- they screwed up my canvas print and thought I wouldn't notice. So I've decided to get my own large-format plotter/printer, which is the same one they have at FedEx Office. I found this one, which is perfect for my use case. 36" width with an automatic cutter, which means I can easily do standard sizes like 24x36 and 36x48.
