My accounting co charges me 450 a month 

Apparently now ADP wants to do payroll and filing of 941s for like 85 dollars a month. This is for a business with two employees. I mean that still leaves the
accountant for 350 a month and I have no idea what they do.

The reason why I hired them is to have them do the first year returns and payroll so I could later replicate it myself. Its the second year now but I am too
busy to deal with it. I guess that is why people hire these crooks.
