the mask falls off
i had a shareholding partner at a very large firm send me a crazy email by accident making some very disparaging remarks about me. the thing is if an associate
made such a foolish mistake and used such disgusting language, they would be fired or demoted. this woman is hilariously somebody who virtue signals in public.
it’s always the virtue signalers who hold such hateful views about other people. i have always imagined defense counsel as people who simply take a job to
make a living. never viewed such people as enemies, but as people trying to simply do a job and get the best result possible for their client. that somebody can
care that much about a corporate client (unless the corporate client is a family’s business or job) shows how empty their life can be. it’s like dude
don’t worry you will still get your billable hour. if i ever make a hall of shame, i intend to publish this email as these elitist assholes in law shouldn’t
escape consequences. if i had done such a thing, i would be humiliated, shamed, and face severe consequences. these jerks get to gaslight and say it’s late
day humor and apologize.
of course i intend to have a hall of fame too. i have met many attorneys who have been zealous advocates for their clients without feeling the need to hate
others or take shit so personally to a point where they even make dehumanizing remarks that in normal contexts would be viewed by the public as being very
inappropriate.

i think some boomers especially late boomers were really rotten people. all the boomers were hypocrites in that they abandoned the counter culture for corporate
values. some of the older boomers were pretty open minded, but the late ones were just assholes. i hope gen y and gen z will be more ethical in their old age,
but ive been some young scumbags too. i can see being a hired gun if it’s your own damn case or a family member or you are the plaintiff’s attorney and
stand to win a fortune, but imagine being so miserable that you are defense counsel and you decide to make offensive jokes about plaintiffs in private and then
you carelessly forget to remove the people you are
talking shit about from the thread or you send it in the wrong thread. it’s like not even that personal and super creepy this woman would hold such strong
opinions about strangers who haven’t done shit to her.

haha i may have to post it.
she awkwardly recalled the email is if i had not already seen it. i told her it was too late. i saw her remarks and she should be ashamed of herself.
what’s funny is earlier this week i dealt with that junior associate from another bs firm who cc’d me on an email to a judge and purposely put the wrong
hearing time to confuse me late at night.
